Back at school, the students are excited to see their new boss. He's back from his trip in the "Mecha," and they're all psyched to see him. They're even more psyched when he tells them that he's going to treat them all to lunch in the cafeteria. They all want to know why he chose to live off campus, and he says it's because he wants to be able to use his "mecha" as a traveling tool. He also says that he wants everyone to have 1,000 credits to spend on food each month, which is a lot of money for a school lunch. The students are all like, "Dude, you're going to give us 1,000 credits a month, right?" . But he says that they need to learn to manage their money first, and then he'll give them more money if they run out, but they'll have to report back to him what they spent their money on. He tells the students that this is all part of his plan to help them become more independent, and that he doesn't want them to waste their money. He asks the students to take his allowance card, and they all agree to do so.
