In this chapter, we find out what it's like to be in love with a famous person. In this case, we're talking about a famous actor, Charles Mingus. Mingus tells us that he's never seen anyone so beautiful in his life before. He's been acting since he was a kid, and now he wants Mingus to be his "slave" until the day Mingus dies.
