The next morning, the Governess is surprised to learn that Dante will not be at the party because he is on a "secret mission" . The Governess thanks Dante for his words of encouragement and tells him to go to sleep. She tells him that she wishes she had been more impulsive when she first met him and that she has learned to accept her new found independence. She asks Dante where she can find her boss. Dante tells her that he has not seen her in a while and that he hopes she will be able to help him in the future. She thanks him again and asks him to write her a thank you note.
