It's not so much that she doesn't want to say yes, it's that she's tired of waiting for her husband to respond to her requests. She's so tired that she can't bear to wait for him to respond, so she tells him she'll cook whatever he wants for dinner. She tells him to come on over and watch a movie with her. He's already eaten her food, so he's now hers. He tells her to come back and eat more of her food. He says he'll watch a different movie this time. He asks her what her favorite movie is, and she says "anything's fine" . She asks if she can change her clothes for the next day, and he says he can do it. He compares her to a "double alphas" , and says she looks beautiful in her new clothes. She says she can get married now, and that she and her husband are both in love with each other.
