In this chapter, we learn that the plot of the movie is still intact, but the production team has been unable to raise the necessary funds to complete the movie. We're told that they've been delayed by two weeks, and that Clara's been bored with the movie, so they're not sure if it'll be released. We also learn that Chester is still in town, and he's not happy about it.
