In this chapter, the monster explains that he has a seal of protection from the outside world, which means that he can use it to his advantage. He tells the audience that he's been born with this seal, and he wants to use it for his own good. He wants to be able to do whatever he wants with it, even if it's against the rules. He's not going to let a human like Eve use his power to hurt her. Even if he loses, he'll still fight in human form. He says that even though he knows he won't win, he still wants to fight because there's a law in heaven that says you can't kill someone who's imprisoned by God's supervisor.
