In this chapter, Snow-Elf tells the story of how he came to be in the world of chiyuan, and how he met the yellow dragon. He tells the boy that humans are troublesome, and that he would like to be with the man forever. He asks the boy if he has made his wish, and the boy says that he has, and he will fulfill the wish. He says that the jade has been given to him, and wishes that he could have his name, so that other people would be able to get closer to him
