In this chapter, we learn that the white tiger's highness is due to the fact that he's spent a lot of time in the "mortal world" . This is why he needs to take over the body of his father. The white tiger needs to destroy the demon core that holds his father's soul. He's going to have to do it himself. He coughs and says that he can only do it by destroying the core of the demon's body. He asks if the other demon is scared to fight him with his real body, or if they're just scared to say "as you wish" , as they've done before. He then asks if there's anything else he can do to expose himself. The other demon asks if he can eat human skin, and he says no, but he doesn't want to eat human flesh, because that's what the humans of the kingdom are. The point is that, even if you've got the power of the divine to protect yourself, you can't be completely protected from the dark energy of the universe. The only thing that can stop you from joining the battle is that you're half demon and half human.
