Back at the inn, the sempai wakes up to find that his training guide has left. The sempai tells him that they're going to be sawing people apart in order to make them look like they've been cut in half. He tells them that he can do this by himself, since he's already separated from the rest of the group. He also tells them about a moving head trick, in which a person's severed head moves inside a moving box. The box moves the severed head inside the moving box, and the person is restored to its original position. The severed head returns to the body of the person it's supposed to be severed from. The person is then made whole again. He's so excited that he doesn't even notice that his butt is cold.
