It's time for the second half of Act IV, scene one. This time, we're introduced to Dr. Rivers. He's a doctor, and he's worried about his patients' health. He also wants to know what's going to happen to his patients if he doesn't take better care of them. He wants to make sure they have the best care possible, and that they're well taken care of. He tells Rivers that he'll have to go to the emergency room if he needs to, but he wants to be sure they've got the best services possible. Rivers is also worried about Dr. Bledsoe's health, because he'd like to see his patients treated as well as possible. Dr. Norton, meanwhile, is worried about Rivers's mental health, since he thinks Rivers is going to be a terrible influence on his patients.
