In this chapter, we are introduced to the president of the United States and his assistant, sempai. The two of them discuss how they can use their powers of persuasion to trick the president. The president tells the assistant that if he fails, he has failed, and that is why he can't perform his tricks. The assistant agrees, and the two begin to plan their next trick.
