They're going to call it the "singles line" because they're alone and they don't have to call each other by their first names. Cue the "I'm going to show you a new trick" speech. He's got a new card and he's about to show it to the assistant when he realizes that he forgot to put his phone in his pocket. He doesn't know how to play the game because the assistant can't see his card. So he decides to play it offscreen. He sees that she's doing something offscreen on her card, and he knows that he can catch her doing it. He grabs his phone and tells the assistant to move the phone to the right so he can see her doing something on the card. The assistant is confused, but then he sees that the card is moving to the left, so he tells him to move it. The next time he does the trick, he'll pass the phone through the ring, and the assistant will be able to see him doing the trick on the screen. Cue a "Where's my phone go" speech .
