This chapter opens with saki teaching her younger sister, chan, how to make a flower from a balloon. Aww, saki, you're so awesome. She's so awesome that she's going to teach chan to make his own balloon animals. Ooh, that's a good idea. Then saki tells chan that chan wants her to teach him something, and chan is all, "I don't know, but I'm going to do it anyway" . Oh, and by the way, he's not going to give the balloon animals to either chan or magic , because they're not cute enough for chan. So saki says that she won't give them to either of them, but she'll give the flower animals to chan if he wants them. She tells saki to go back to her room and make a bunch of balloon animals for her birthday, and then chan says that he'll take them away if she doesn't like them.
