Aco momota returns to the restaurant where Hiromi was working. Hiromi thanks the nurse for her kindness and says that he's glad that she gave him some of the chocolate that she made for him. The nurse tells him that it's okay to eat the chocolate, since it was made by a friend of his. She says that she'll send Hiromi home with the chocolate so that he can share it with his mom. She also says that Hiromi is worried that he might get sick from eating the chocolate. She tells him to send her a message so that she can talk to her mom. The next day, Hiromi arrives at the restaurant. He's very excited to see his mom, and he asks if she's been feeling well. She's not feeling well, but she says she'd like to talk to him. He tells her to send him a message and he'll come back later. He also tells her that he brought her the chocolate because it was a friend's birthday present. He says that the chocolate is too big for her to eat, but Hiromi thinks it will be fine. He goes on to say that he was just trying to scare his mom
