In this short scene, Hiyori and Soushi are about to begin their school years together. The narrator tells us that the two of them have known each other since they were children, and that they are now living together in the same house. Hiryori tells Soushi that he is about to go to an infirmary, which is a kind of doctor's office. He tells her that he used to be friends with Soushi when they were younger, and so he is glad to see him again. Soushi says that his stomach has been aching for a while, but that it is just a psychological thing. He says that he will try to keep his head on high in class, and when his stomach gets too tight to handle, he should come and stay with the other students.
