In this short scene, Hirokazu and Soushi discuss their plans for the Christmas holidays. Hiroki asks Soushi if he knows how to play the game of chess. Soushi replies that he hasn't yet played the game, but that he's "acting normal" . He's acting like a normal person, which makes Hiroki think that he and Sousushi have already been living together for a long time, and that he doesn't think that it's possible for them to be patient with each other. He thinks that it would be strange if they didn't make a move when he wanted to, since he can touch her anytime he wants. He also thinks that Soushi wants to wait for her to be 100 percent ready to go shopping with him so that he can buy her a lot of things. He wonders if they'll be able to see each other's lists of things to buy when they're ready.
