The group is in the "safe zone" of the Atlantic Ocean. The albino is still the leader of the group, and he's looking for something. They hear a strange noise coming from the tunnel, and the albino thinks it's a wave from the mainland of Cuba. They don't know where the wave came from, but they do know that the albino is searching for something in the water. They also learn that the city of Anaberger is off in another part of the ocean, and they're worried about it. They're also worried about the albino, who's always wearing gloves and never taking off his clothes. They can't figure out why he doesn't take off his gloves and go back to sleep. The water is moving very fast, and there's no water at all in the tunnels. They think that the water is coming from somewhere else, and that it might be a volcano. They decide to leave the volcano, and stay with the albino.
