About This Chapter
Alek tells Dr. Dreiser that he's sure that the two echoes of the Great White Shark are coming toward them. Alek says that he doesn't feel anything, but that's because the nerve endings in the body are communicating with each other. Alek asks Dreiser if he'll let anyone harm his daughter. Alek tells him that the man who saved his life is known as the "centenarian" because people think he was born around the turn of the century. The centenarian is said to have written about the island of Atlantis, where Alek is currently searching for the elusive megalodon. Alek wants to know if the two of them will be able to help him capture the elusive creature.
