Priest

This chapter opens with a description of the town of Windtale, which is described as a "toned home" and a "shal mask" . The narrator tells us that the town has been under attack for some time now. He says that he has traced the movements of the outlaws and that they are planning to attack the town again. He tells the audience that he is here to warn the townspeople about the impending danger. He also tells them that the federal government has been using the town's resources to maintain its control over the town. He asks the audience to believe him.
