About This Chapter
The narrator tells the audience that he's going to change his name to "the one who matches you" . He wants to be the man who matches the woman he loves. He's not going to be a man who's hot and flirtatious. He doesn't want to be one of those people who has a deep feeling of danger and a dangerous smile. The narrator says that his ancestor loved the kind of man who was like this. The man with the hot hands and the dangerous smile, the man with whom the narrator knows he can trust. He says that he and the narrator should take a taxi to get to the rendezvous spot. He tells the narrator that he should stop calling him an old man and stop pretending to be old. The old man is a real man, not a man's face but a person's body. He warns the narrator not to look at the woman's eyes and to dab her hands with a warm hand. He adds that he gave the woman some advice because she looked like a rabbit that only had one nest. The manager of a convenience store says that the woman looks like a pervert and that she needs to get her hands off of the narrator if she wants to save her "cheeky eyes." The narrator explains that he woke up when he was about to see her face. He had been looking for her for a while and wouldn't have been so easy if he hadn't had to do anything
