About This Chapter
The next morning, Dr. Rivers asks the psychologist how he's doing. He's not sure if he'll tell the truth or not, but he does want to know how he feels. He asks if she's feeling better, and she says that she is. Rivers says that he feels the same way when he first started using his magic, and he thinks that this is because he has to touch someone in order to get his magic to work. He doesn't know how to ask her to help him, but she might be able to give him some advice. He tells her that he wants to check on how well the new drug is doing, and that he'd like to gather some data on how it compares to the old drug. He wants to know if there's any difference between the old and new drugs, and if they're as good as they used to be. He also wants to see if there are any differences between the new and old drugs. He says that if there is, then it's because they've wasted money on the new one, and they should have spent it on the old one instead. He then asks if the psychologist is planning to rebel against the company.
