The chapter opens with a description of the rules for magical girls living on the grounds of the school. The girls are supposed to live on the school grounds, but they're not supposed to do anything except live there. They're supposed to be waiting in a waiting room, which is basically like a boarding house for girls. Flap asks what's up with the girls, and they tell him that the water purifier is out of order, so they've given the other girls some water to drink. Flap says she'll leave her portion here so she can have some when she's ready, and then she says she feels like she can live "a little" after drinking water. She's so happy that she wants to go back to the city, so she kneels down and apologizes. She apologizes again and says she won't act like this ever happens again. She promises to kick the girl off the team if she ever does it again. The girl is so upset that she can't talk. She says she apologizes, but she can see that he's really upset. She asks if they can check in on the girls to make sure they aren't drinking spiked drinks. She uses the brainwashed girls to feed them spiked drinks, but the water filter was broken ahead of time, so the girls are probably weak by now. The only thing they can do is shoot the spiked drinks at the girls who are lured away by the potion.
