The year is 2xxx and it is the festival season. It is a rare chance for people to meet magical girls. The poster is written in such a way as to make it seem as though the girls are invulnerable. The girls are still considered "low profile" and "less than human" and they do not expect to receive an assignment in the suburbs. They do not want to make a mistake, and they are confident that if they do well, they will be promoted and will be famous.
