In this chapter, the author explains that he's proud of himself for finishing the series, even though it's not as good as he'd hoped it would be. He admits that he wanted to tell a story about a magical girl, but didn't want to include a back story because he was worried that the story would be boring without a cute mascot or a magical wand. He also admits that the title of the story posed a question, "Magician girl" and a "story about magical girl" , and that the first chapter was titled "Cowlicking beginning middle" . The second chapter is titled "Don't worry, I'll tell you what's going on in the next chapter." The third chapter ends with a visual of the characters after giving their all for the last chapter. The author thanks everyone who has supported him in writing this series, and says that he plans to answer all the questions in the comments section by November 18.
