The narrator opens the chapter by telling us that nothing happened last year. He's happy to be back on the air, though, because he's afraid to be alone. He thanks the joker for having him on the show, and then he takes a nap. The narrator tells us that he'll be doing a show for Valentine's Day, and that he and his buddy, Mamoru, will be having a lot of trouble dealing with people from the industry. The first guest is a guy named mato san, who's also a buddy of the narrator's. He tells the narrator that Mizuho is getting into trouble with the police because she's spending too much money on the search for her. He also tells the story of how he and snosky got into a fight last year, and he asks the narrator to tell him more about it.
