Back at the restuarant, we find out that the new manager, yanagawa, is in love with the new waitress, minare, and that he's going to be studying medicine at the university in tibet. Minare is all, "Hey, everyone, this is a good time to start looking for a job" . He also tells us that the autumn rush is upon us, so it's time for people to start saving money on food. He tells us about a mom who let her young son try some super spicy curry that she ordered for him, and how the kid was so impressed that he wanted to tell the people of Japan about it. He's also telling us about how the boss was mad at him for making fun of the new top three curry dishes that were never ordered at the restaurant. The boss was right, he tells us, because even if you have no ambitions, you have the qualities of a great person. He asks if he can help out with the restau rant, but the boss won't hire him until saganagi and her husband return to work.
