In this chapter, Mizuho and the other students discuss their plans to host a talk show. They're not sure what they're going to do with their newfound freedom, but they've got a plan: they'll put on a show of their own, with their own sponsor, and it's going to air in the entire region. They don't want to get their name out there, though, because they'd rather be a curry shop waitress than a famous person. Mizuhe says he's not looking to be famous, but he'd like to start acting his age and stop carrying things in his pocket like that. He doesn't know if he'll marry a famous girl, but it'll all be decided by the people who know him best. He's also not sure if he has a crush on a famous woman, though. The students discuss the show's schedule, which is set to air at noon. The hanshin brothers are at home at 3pm, and the show airs at 4pm. They also discuss the fact that the show isn't really a test, but rather a showcase of Mizuhi's skills. MiZuhe says that he was surprised by how much the studio felt like a "high school broadcast room" when he first arrived at the station. He also says that even if the show goes on for eight seconds, the listeners will still be able to evaluate the program afterward. He says that's one of his favorite things about broadcasting. He wants to stay a virgin forever, even if he runs to the end of the earth and kills himself. He adds that he wants to be a famous man someday, but that he'm not sure he wants it right now.
