In this chapter, we learn that the headmaster of the school's disciplinary office has invited the headmaster's boss, Mr. Shelley, to join them for a visit. This is a big deal, since the headmaster is supposed to be responsible for ensuring that all students have access to their mana ids. Apparently, some students have lost theirs recently, and the headmaster should be aware of this. He should be careful not to let this happen to anyone else, since someone else's mana id could be lost as well. He and Mr. shelley should take a good hard look at what they're doing, and make sure that they don't do anything that will cause anyone else to lose theirs.
