He thinks that the school needs to make sure that students like him don't read too many books, because the library is a virtual space that's linked to the students' minds. This is why they need to use these arts in the library. He says that the man in the registry was already a student at the school when it was first founded, but he was also an employee when that branch was first established. He asks why the school doesn't seem to care about the grades of the classes, and the narrator says that he was just joking about his size when he lost his heart due to his hat.
