The next morning, we find out that Shmoop has gone to the priest's house to ask him about the theft of his ashes. The priest is so mad that he's even started talking about the guy who stole his ashes, Shmoops. He's going to try to find out what's up with the guy and then take care of him. The boss is all, "what's the deal with the priest?" . He also says that the priest seems to have some sense left in him, which is a sign that his soul and consciousness have already left him for good. He says that they're going to take the priest down and set him free so that he can go back to his job as a priest. The guy is all "what a
