In this chapter, we're introduced to a new character, the "Dizzy-Dizzy" zombie. He's a bit of an odd duck, since he's an evil guy who's basically a law enforcement agent, but he also happens to be a good guy. We learn that the guy's been hiding out in the forest for a while now, and he'd better hurry up and find a way to get out of the city, because the city is about to be raided. The guy is all, "I'm going to tear you apart, just you ! you deserve" , and then he goes off on a rant about how the city's going to get raided, and how he'll have to go back to the forest to find some way to avoid being raided.
