He is worried that they will not be able to complete their tasks on time, and he asks them to hurry up and finish their tasks. He complains that they are making him feel like an "exec" and that he is tired for the day's work. He praises the other maids for their good looks and says that he wishes they had a girl like them as their maid. He says that they look like a "different person" from the one he has seen in the mirror.
