House of the Sun

"A Heart - to - Heart Story" is the title of the chapter, and it begins with Hiroyuki's declaration that the house will be his, as well as Chika's. When Hiroyuki leaves, Chika asks him to wake her up so that they can take a bath together. When he does not, she tells him that she had a dream in which she was "embarrassed" and that it was the dream that caused her to wake up. She asks him what he had dreamed about, and he tells her that he had had a "dream while he was snoring on the couch" . When she asks him why he had not woken her up, he says that he did not wake her because he was late, and that they took turns bathing together. He then tells her about his dream, in which he had been awakened by a "embarrassment" , and when he awoke, he was surprised to find that she was not awake. He tells her to tell him what she had dreamed, and she says that she did not have a dream while she was sleeping, but rather a dream that was embarrassing. She then tells him about her relationship with her father, and how she had been lonely at home because she had no friends. She tells him to tell her father that she loves him, and if he does fall in love with her, she will be there for him. She also tells him not to worry about her, because she is not causing him trouble, unlike him, who is a "good man." She then asks him if he would like her to come home with him. He says he would, but that he forgot to take her with him when he went to see her, and so she will have to stay with him for now.
