About This Chapter
The next morning, the Governess wakes up in the middle of the night to find that her husband is sleeping soundly. She wonders why he does not come to her when she is asleep. The Governess is annoyed that he keeps bringing him with him, and she asks him why he is so rude. He tells her that he was aiming for the bastard, and he is glad that it is not her underwear. He asks her why she would throw things like that when she does not know who is going to come in first. He then asks her if she knows that they are lovers, and when she says that she does, he asks her what she is talking about. She tells him that she bought some fruit and then gave it to him. He says that he will ask his mother if he can be released soon. He wonders if his hunger does not go away when he eats, and wonders if it is because of his vampire blood. He even brings a knife to eat with him. When he looks at her, he is surprised to see that she is clumsily dressed, and that her heart is beating too fast. He is afraid that if she comes any closer, he will kill her.
