About This Chapter
The Governess tries to stop the Governess, but she cannot. She realizes that she is not in the right place at the right time. She tries to squeeze him, but he is so strong that she thinks he will not make it. She staggers, but cannot hold onto him any longer. She asks why he is stumbling, and he tells her that he did not remember what he was doing just then. He asks her what is up with him, and she tells him that she has a sudden lapse of memory. She tells him to take care of her first, and then he will be taken care of. He is not himself right now, and if he loses it and goes crazy again, he might attack him. He tells her to listen to him, as he has something to tell her. He says that he has not even touched her, and that she must have known that he would go crazy if he found out. He believes that she wanted him to get angry, because she did not want him to know that he was going to go crazy.
