The next morning, the emperor decides to dismiss all of the men in his palace. He wants to show that he is not a slovenly man and that he does not fancy men. The next day, he issues a decree dismissing all of his men. Everyone can claim a hundred of the emperor's majesty. The emperor plans to celebrate the three-year mourning period for the late father the next day.
