The cat's owner, Alphonse, and his wife, Lucie, have been searching for the former pet doctor. They've been looking for him ever since Lucie took her cat to him. Lucie asks if the doctor ever left her any contact information, and if he's ever given her a packet of drugs. She's not sure if the cat is alive or dead, but she's sure she'll recognize the drugs if she can see them again. Lucie says that the cat would like to be quiet before it dies, but the doctor only gives her one shot a week, so she has to come to the doctor's every week.
