In this chapter, Mingling learns more about the justice gang and its leader, who is also known as "Blackhead." Mingling wonders why she didn't have a statue of "Yangguang" made, and she vows to kill him. She also learns that "justice da police" is the name of the criminal investigation team at the police station.
