In the middle of a business trip, the Governess is interrupted by the sound of someone's voice. It's the girl from the previous scene. The Governess asks the girl why she didn't want the knife. The girl tells her that it's too sharp for her, and she has to pry it out to get it out of the car's tire. She's worried that the knife will pierce her brain and kill her.
