About This Chapter
In this chapter, we learn that Levi is from a small town in the Midwest, where he was known as a "brat" and a "monster." He is now a member of the school's upper class, and he is known as the "most violent man" in the school. He is also known as "the most violent man in the world" and "the leader of the most violent gang" . We learn that he was once a fourth-grader who beat up a sixth-grader in order to "prove he could" , and that he is now an upper-class member who beats up other students. He also tells us that he once beat up another student who raised "chaos" when he attacked one of the other students in class. He says that the story of the fight begins two years ago, when he first arrived at the school, and it is in retribution for this morning's "retaliation" for the insults he has received from the upper classmen. He explains that he will use the aluminum bat he has been using to beat down the other members of the gang, as well as his knife and the Johnson jabber, which he says will "release my true power." The only thing he can do is to release his true power. "You win," he says. "From today on," he continues, "the boss I get it," and that is the reason why he has transferred from the lower class to the upper one. "I guess attack jr. high was bit ugly ," he tells us, "but
