In this chapter, the narrator introduces us to the students of Elementar High School. The narrator asks the students to tell him about their dreams and aspirations for the future. He asks them to describe their goals and dreams, and then he asks them if they have any food. The students respond that they do have food, and the narrator asks why they do not have any friends. He tells the students that they have to be friends with their classmates because they will have to deal with other students who do not share their goals. He also tells them that they need to learn how to handle people who are disagreeable with them.
