In this chapter, we find out that we're introduced to a new character in the story. It's named "Jeankirstein" . We learn that he's a member of the school's student council, which is basically a governing body for the students in the school. He's the only one in the group who doesn't have a name. We're not sure if this is a good thing or a bad thing, but it's clear that Jean is a little obsessed with his appearance. He wants to be the new president of the club, and he needs two other people to nominate him. First, he needs to get two people to vote for him, and then he needs one more person to nominate his friend, "Connie Springer" , who's also in the student council. This is the first time we've seen the two of them together, and they're totally psyched to have each other.
