It's lunch time, and we find out what's going down between the two of them. It turns out that they've both had stomach flu, and that's why they haven't been able to eat. They're both worried about each other's health, and they decide to go to the doctor, but they can't figure out how to tell each other that they have a serious stomachache. They try to talk it over in the bathroom, but it doesn't work. The doctor tells them that it's just an upset stomach, but that it might be more serious if they don't tell him what it is. They decide to hug and apologize, but then they have to admit that their friendship is over. They have a date this week, so they need to figure out what to wear to the blind date. They both feel like they're going to have a heart-to-heart with each other, but the doctor calms them down and tells them to get back to their jobs.
