The next morning, Kim wakes up and tells his mother that he's going to work for the company. He's so excited that he wants to tell her that they're moving out of their current house. Kim tells his mom that she's not sad that they won't be living together, but that she can handle the move. He tells her that he loves the company and that he wanted to get a bigger house, but Taesung stopped him. He asks his mom why she doesn't ask him why he works at the company, but her response is that she isn't the type to listen to others. Kim says he'll take care of his bedroom, so he can just organize his room. He also tells Kim that he saved up money to move out of the bank before he started dating Taesung, and he plans to use that money to pay for Taesung's training at the pastry academy, and to help him open a bakery. He says that he just wants to give gifts to his son, who is so sweet. Kim then tells his assistant manager, Kim Byeongsoo, that he and his son will be joining the company starting today.
