"It's Time to Call It Quits" The narrator tells Roxane that she's had enough of her brother, who's always trying to be nice to her. She'll never be as good as Roxane's sister, and she won't be able to protect her from his constant meddling. He's so bad at it, in fact, that she can't believe that he's even allowed to show up in his room. The narrator thinks that this might be his first time ever being in his brother's bedroom. He thinks that it's weird that he hasn't been allowed to drink yet, and he wonders if Roxane is a "fan carried" into his room by someone else. He says that he has been called a "creepy guy" because he doesn't like the things that Roxane likes. If he were strong, he could say that he likes the things she likes, and if he were not, he wouldn't have to say that at all. He also says that it is hard for people to deny the things he likes, because there's a lot of talent in the hands of only one person, and that's Roxane. She says that if she'd told him that, he would have laughed at her and called her a "crap outta them" . She thinks that he must be tired of the hubbub in his family, because once he got everything out, he must've felt that it was a "load off his shoulders" , and it was "novel and fun" for him.
