It's actually not sexual harassment at all, but it's just that the two of them are hanging out and flirting. They're not actually dating, they just want to hang out and have sex. The group is all, "Oh, yeah, we're dating!" and then they all start freaking out again. They all start talking about how awesome they are and how awesome their boss is, and then the whole group starts freaking out even more, and finally they all stop talking about it and go back to work.
