In this short scene, we learn that Hiroshi's apartment is pretty small, so he's going to have to wait until it's really big before he can visit. Hiroshi suggests that he invite Hasegawa to his place and show him around. He suggests that they get him a haircut and show off some skin, too, since he likes to show off his hair. After all, he said, he likes short hair. The two of them head back to the kitchen, where Hiroshi has prepared some food for him. He's bummed that the food isn't as good as he'd like it to be, but he thanks her anyway.
