In this chapter, we learn that Chiyoko and Harada have been fighting for the past few days, and that Harada has been trying to get them to fight more, but they haven't been able to do so. As a result, they've been hanging out in a hotel room together, which is why Harada and Chiyoko have been acting like they're in love all this time. We learn that they had to pretend to be in love in order to get into the hotel room with each other during their business trip, so that they wouldn't have to fight over who was actually in love with whom. We also learn that, during the fight, Harada kissed Chiyoko, which makes us wonder why he kissed her at all.
