In this chapter, we learn that the two men are in love, and that hasegawa is in love with one of them. We learn that this is the first time that we've seen the two of them in public together, and it's clear that they're in love. We also learn that in the past, they've been caught sneaking out together. This time, however, they have been caught in the act, and have been reprimanded by the board. We're also told that the board has shown them the surveillance video from the night before, which clearly shows that the men are engaged in a sexual relationship. This is a big deal, and we're sure that it'll get a lot of attention in the future.
