The next morning, the Governess wakes up to find her luggage gone. She's not sure why, but she knows it's because she's been living with him. She doesn't want him to be taken away from her, she says, and she wants him to stay by her side. The Governess is shocked to see that her luggage has been taken away. She begs her friend to come and help her, but his response is that he's too important to her to be bothered by anyone else. She tells him that she loves him as much as she can be, and that she'll come visit him all the time.
